Call for Testing: WooCommerce for Android 7.5 – Product Add-ons on Order and Product Views

WooCommerce for Android version 7.5 is available now on the beta channel. Your feedback helps us make sure new WooCommerce releases run smoothly and meet your needs.

What’s new?

  1. Merchants using WooCommerce Product Add-ons in their store can view Add-on information at Orders and Products views [4689]

How to Get Setup for Testing

Alternately, you can download the latest version as an apk file directly to your device from the GitHub releases page—when you open the file on your device, it should prompt you to install it.

  1. Order Detail: now we do not offer the “email note to customer” option if no email is available. [4680]
  2. My Store: If there are errors loading the My Store screen, a banner now appears at the top of the screen with links to troubleshoot or contact support. [4704]
  3. Fix: Added ‘Product saved’ confirmation message when a product is updated. [4709]
  4. Shipping Labels: Updated address validation to automatically use trivially normalized address for origin and destination. [4719]
  5. Fix: Order details for products with negative prices now will show correctly [4683]
  6. Fix: Order list not extend edge-to-edge in dark mode. [4728]
  7. Plugins: Added list of active and inactive plugins that can be reached by admins in the settings screen. [4735]
  8. Login: Updated appearance of back buttons in navigation bar to minimal style. [4726]

Call for Testing: WooCommerce for iOS 7.0 – Updates to Shipping Label Packages & Variations

WooCommerce for iOS version 7.0 is available now on the beta channel. Your feedback helps us make sure new WooCommerce releases run smoothly and meet your needs.

What’s new?

  1. Order Detail: now we display Order Items and Shipping Label Packages as separate sections. [4445]
  2. Fix: Orders for a variable product with different configurations of a single variation will now show each order item separately. [4445]
  3. If the Orders, Products, or Reviews lists can’t load, a banner now appears at the top of the screen with links to troubleshoot or contact support. [4400, 4407]
  4. Fix: Stats tabs are now displayed and ordered correctly in RTL languages. [4444]
  5. Some changes were made to the WooCommerce API concerning date-related functions (29909) and categories (29681). Make sure that a product with a category that was deleted on the web shows up as the default category in the app after the deletion and keep an eye on stats for any odd date shifts, especially if you’re in alternate timezones.
